Owner of this house, only extend rear side to get additional 16'ft x 20'ft area. For ground floor owner make a new kitchen, bath room, new room and toilet, on top floor owner make additional toilet and 2 bed room. Normaly for terrace houses customer don't have many choice to design because of narrow and limited spaces.
